On the field

Registration

Registration is from 11am – 1pm at the FOTF stand at the front gate. A maximum of 30 entrants are permitted in each category. No late entries will be accepted. 

Judging Criteria

Judges will be looking for an eye-catching outfit that reflects current trends and the racegoer’s personal style. Seasonally appropriate millinery is compulsory for ladies wishing to enter fashions on the field. Hats are optional for gentlemen.

Entrants must be aged 18 or older on the day of the competition.

Prizes

More than $20,000 in prizes are on offer including a major prize of a Skin Revival Hydrafacial every month for one year for the Best Dressed Lady, and a Cave X facial treatment every month for one year for the Best Dressed Gentleman. All finalists will receive one facial treatment valued at $360. 

Other prizes have been provided by the Illawarra Hawks, Australian Turf Club, Amy Zee Hair, Santino Restaurant, Amigos Mexican, Sapphire Coast Turf Club, Dowdbet, Jansz, Lord Nelson Brewery, The Owl & The Pussy Cat, and Illawarra Turf Club.
